Levels of sulfate and chloride in soil vs concrete attachk

Trying to find any references or standards regarding levels of sulfate or chloride in soil that may cause attack to foundation concrete. Any guideline tables indicating potential attach levels?

Chlorides external to the concrete will have a negligible effect on the concrete. Internal chlorides are to be avoided.

Sulfate attack from soils can be detrimental to the concrete. See ACI 201.2, particularly Table 2.3 for sulfate limits.

 
Lee Daniels, Virginia Tech has information on sulfate in soil. Mostly related to the mining business and those areas where grass won't grow (i.e., where the oxidation of sulfides leads to sulfuric acid and difficulties with vegetation of construction sites.

Not much of a chemist myself though. . .
