Library Feature - Thread

Anyone been able to get a library feature to work with the helix command? It was stated that this was an enhancement to 2005.

Trying to create a library 3d hole thread that I can drag and drop onto the model. I normally don't do this but when you run rapidprototypes, it helps to have the threads modeled.

Any macros out there that does this?

The SW2005 API Help has a pointer to a Spring `Macro Feature' that you can download.

You should be able to change the profile to a diamond rather than a cicle, and do a boolean subtract after the feature creation to cut a cut thread effect instead of a spring.
