i would like to ask if anyone have some researchs or books concerning Lifting device for repairs to large components of horizontal wind turbines for installation on Gondel wind

I'd think the OEM would have provided detailed maintenance instructions and some special tooling standard, perhaps with some tooling and fixtures optional.
 
For me , i want to discuss/ deal with this topic only in the theoretical side , and applied on CAD

Did you research "rigging"? Get to know an ironworker.
 
There is some generic information available on lifting devices (see ASME BTH, for example, for design of typical spreader bars, etc.). I suspect anything very specialized relating to wind turbines is proprietary and done by the wind turbine manufacturers.
 
A lesson learned: webbing slings, especially polymer (plastic, nylon), used to protect things like turbine blades during lifting, stretch. A lot.

On the theoretical side, what do large horizontal wind turbines look like? And, how are they normally lifted, and from what orientation and to what orientation? And, since you claim to have CAD, why don’t you show us some meaningful, well proportioned, dimensioned, with member sizes, etc?
