Hello, where can i get references or sample computations for analysis and design of lifting hooks for post tensioned bridge girders

I ran into this problem not to long ago. Sadly see this excerpt... From AASHTO LRFD 2014: "AASHTO LRFD Bridge Construction Specifications places the responsibility on the Contractor to provide adequate devices and methods for the safe storage, handling, erection, and temporary bracing of precast members."

I did find this example on this site from KDOT Design Manual Prestressed Concrete Lifting Devices Section 3.5.2.14 with an example which adapted and used in confidence for my job. See link here: Link
