Light frame Exterior Shear Wall Next to Existing building 2

I am working on a light frame wood building which uses a perimeter shear wall which is right next to an existing neighboring building. The two buildings are 5in away. Does anyone have experience with building a blind shear wall in a similar situation? Is there a way to use the exterior sheathing for the shear wall structurally since there is no good access to the outside of the building.
The sheathing could be pre attached to bottom and top plates of the wall with semi balloon framing. Then the top and bottom plates could be connected together for shear transfer from the inside of the new building.
However, how do you make sure the full length of the shear wall acts together when there is probably a limit of the length of shear wall that could be flipped up.
Would this have to be treated as several shorter shear walls in series, each with its own chords. Or do I sheath the wall on both sides and only count on the inside sheathing which could be nailed from the inside of the building.

I'd think that this could be handled similarly to how it is sometimes done in prefabricated wall systems:

1) Divide wall into segments sheathed prior to being set in place.

2) Provide boundary studs on each segment such that adjacent segments can get nailed together for shear transfer.

3) For top plate continuity, either:

a) Do not prefab the upper most top plate and install that once the walls are set in place or;

b) Splice the top plates with hardware.

Also, at least where I practice, I try to make things as simple as possible given the labor force who cannot read a set of plans.
