Light Source

I am using Catia V% rev20. When looking at shaded models
is there a way to manipulate the light source? Sometimes
with darker colored models changing the direction of light
renders the model clearer.

Go to View > Lighting, and you'll find many options. Also changing the background view setting can be helpful. You can find that in Tools > Options > General > Display > Visualization.
