Linear Pertubation Analysis (with contact definition)

Hallo Guys,

Can someone tell me why i cant constrain displacment in speccific direction in my model through contact interaction in Linear pertubation analysis

Perturbation analysis is 100% linear. Contact is a nonlinearity.

Thanks PamCrash, However How does Abaqus Solve the problem when i define contact in Linear pertubation analysis?? my procedure was to apply constrains in one direction instead of contact it works well however, at the end when i also apply contact i get very close result or does abaqus convert contact to a displacment constarin??

The contact situation is frozen at the start of the perturbation analysis. Means that open contacts remain open and vice versa.
