Hello,

I'm trying to link a surface from one part to another, in assembly context. The only way that i found to this, is with offset with 0mm value. Is there any other way to do it? Is there any option to create a link of the entire surface?

Thanks.

Not that I know of. You can only link Sketches and features, not an existing surface, unless as you found offset it.

What do you mean by "create a link to the entire surface" Sounds like you're already doing it.

Sounds to me like the very definition of "coincident" - offset at zero distance.

there is also convert element , it will be always linked.
