Hi
My company builds liquid ring compressors to be used in Air Dryers for the Telecommunications Industry. We are having trouble with the casting and design of a brass impeller/rotor and we are trying to improve the flow by confirming the design of the impeller is optimal. Of course this was designed back in the 70's and all I have are hand-drawn prints and no detailed calculations on how they came up with the design.
Is there any standard profiles/dimensions that are used in other impeller/ liquid ring compressor designs? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
