I am trying to find a list of ANSI Standards with the title. Where do I find a most up to date list?

Where does it start? ANSI A1.1? Ect...

I looked at ANSI.com and could not find a list.

example: ANSI Z83.8-2002 - Gas Unit Heaters and Gas-fired Duct Furnaces

Thanks

It was common for ANSI to list standards from most organizations that write standards. This is no longer the case. ANSI wrote a few standards like Z89.1 (withdrawn) for hard hats. Many such ANSI standards are withdrawn.

Look for major standards from API, ASME, ASTM, perhaps IEC, ISA, MSS, NACE, NFPA etc. Other standard organizations include ASHRAE, AWWA, IEEE, NIST, PIP, ...

IEEE withdrew IEEE STD 200/ANSI Y32.16 covering formation and application of reference designations for electronic equipment. Did any document take its place as regards section 8 requiring marking of ref designations on equipment?

Lacking a copy of IEEE Std Y32.16 I don't know what it contained. C37.2 covers the device functions like time-overcurrent relays, etc. Please provide examples of the content of the old standard.
