List of values linked to expressions in a title block

Hello

I'm looking for some advice/pointers if possible which relates to creating drawing borders, specifically title blocks in NX12. When I create a new drawing sheet and populate the title block, I'd like to be able to pick a tolerance grade (Fine, Medium, Coarse or N/A) from a list of values or even just type them in and when value is selected I'd like different cells to display a tolerance value for different size groups. e.g from 10mm - 50 mm +- 0.25 from 50mm - 100mm +- 0.35 and so on. Any advice will be appreciated.
