I'm using NX 9.

What is the difference between opening an assembly with Load Options set to "All COMPONENTS" vs "STRUCTURE ONLY" and then opening the entire assembly in the ASSEMBLY NAVIGATOR?

Thanks

The "all components" option will attempt to load all the components of the assembly. The "structure only" option will not load any components, but you will see the assembly structure in the assembly navigator.

Cowski,

I understand this, but when I open the assembly in the Assembly Navigator using "STRUCTURE ONLY" I'm getting different results.

Thanks

If you see the main assembly in the navigator, it is already open, is it not? Are you talking about loading a sub-assembly? What exact steps are you taking to open the assembly and what results are you getting? (some screenshots would also help)
