Locate & resize a Console Window

Hi,

I need to add some functionalities to a standarda command console.
I have made a form that open a console & link the COMSPEC into it, but i don't know how link that form to the console.

I try to search how to know Console position but can't find anything.

Someone know how to identify the console position by it's handle (GetWindowRect does not work!)?
OR if is it possible to handle a console to add it's bar a menu or a Picture box?
