Lock icon in Assy Constraints

In NX6 using assembly constraints I have a center constraint that has a lock icon instead of the normal center one. What does that mean?

Are you talking about an Assembly in which the Mating Conditions were converted to Assembly Constraints?

This is an assembly that was converted from NX4 and mating conditions but I know that the center constraint is one that I added since we changed to NX 6 a few weeks ago. We are all trying to get used to using assembly constraints. Any tips to help with that?
