Lock toolbars? 1

Does anyone know of any way to lock the toolbars in sketcher and workbench? Every time i alternate between the two, 2-3 of the toolbars have totally changed their position. It's really annoying. It's V5 R7. Thanks in advance.

The way is tools/cosumize/otions/lock position of toolbars (in V5R12)

I have locked the position of the toolbars in v5r10 and it will still take some of my toolbars and throw them off-screen. I have to unlock the toolbar position ever time I start up v5 and reposition some of my toolbars. This is VERY annoying.
