I am trying to create what I think is a lofted flange. I am trying to go from a 3/8" full radius to 1" wide flat. Can this be done in sheet metal or do I have to do in modeling?

Thanks in advance,

First, I've created and attached a model which uses less features and results in a much better model.

However, that being said, while this is obviously a 'sheet metal' part, it is NOT the type of part which the NX Sheet Metal product was designed to model. This is a type of part which is manufactured using a progressive die, which is not the target application for parts created using the NX Sheet Metal module.

Your best bet is to model these types of parts using conventional modeling techniques (as I have done in the attached model) and then if your desire is to manufacture this part is to use the 'Progressive Die Wizard' product.
