I'm trying to make a pvc elbow but combining lofts or sweeps seems to get me all sorts of errors.

This is how it shows the second sweep preview (i named the file incorrectly)

This is what it looks like when it is complete, no errors and it is not hidden

I tried loft as well

Geometric condition error

I might be doing something obvious, but I'm stuck and can't seem to find a way to complete this simple part.

I have had this issue before, not having the objects merge solved the issue, any chance someone could explain why that is the case?

Seems to me like this exact problem (and solution) has been posted here before.
Can you attach the sldprt of what you have attempted so far?

...are the bends realistic? (sharp corner) maybe something as simple as adding .001 to the path radius.

I'm curious about the closed group as the profile. Is it a series of splines?

I'm curious why a Loft was used instead of a Sweep.

But I think, rollupswx has nailed the problem.

A circular pattern could also be used to create the 'second' elbow, once the sharp corner is eliminated.
