Hello, I recently was wondering how the crevice tool attachment of my vacuum is made (see picture link below). It has a long internal cavity with minimal to no draft. The only thing I can think of is that it's either made in 2 halves and then ultrasonically welded, or it utilizes a collapsible core. Does anyone know the answer to satisfy my curiosity?

Hydraulic core pull.
Trivial technique.

Google will help you for pictures I guess.

Edit:

The example in your image shows the tool needs attention. Split line should not be that visible.

Politicians like to panic, they need activity. It is their substitute for achievement.

Thanks! Do you know what draft is required for this type of core-pull?

1° - 3° should be ok. Might get away with less. Core needs to be highly polished. It will also be supported at the end by clamping in the tool when fully inserted.

Edit: could probably get away with zero draft.
