looking for a chiller

I am looking for a chiller with the following specification:
1- heat removable: 375W
2- flow 3.4gpm at 60psi (or 12li at 4bar)
temp: 20-30c

dimension are critical:
needs to be much smaller than 23.5x12.5x21 [In] (or 60x32x53[cm])

Try looking at RITTAL (the enclosure company), they make a liquid chiller near that size that is capable of the heat transfer.
