Looking for a Chinese valve manufacturer, short deliveries 3

Hi everyone:

I'm looking for a Chinese valve manufacturer that can make gate, globe, check, ball and butterfly valves from bar stock on truly short deliveries, like 10 days.

To make it a tad bit more difficult, only interested in duplex, super duplex, inconel, monel, incoloy, hastelloy, alloy 20, titanium and other specials (no carbon or standard stainless steel). Manufacturer must have proven experience in this type of short turn-arounds.

Note: not looking for the standard manufacturer with 6-8 week deliveries, also not looking for European/US origin.
