I am looking for the following document:

Bhave, P.R. 1991. Analysis of Flow in Water Distribution Networks. Technomic Publishing. Lancaster, PA.

I would order this book from the publisher and pay for it. However I am in a country which in imposing steep tariffs for shipping items from abroad makes it virtually illegal. Can anyone provide a pdf link or some guidance as to the best way I can get this book?
