Looking for A DOF of Coupling (rotational-translational spring)

Can you please tell me what DOF should be chosen for KLR spring in ABAQUS as per the attached ?

Also can you explain a bit more (what is KLR spring, and what element do you use in abaqus- also which dof do you need, and so on)

KLR is cross coupling (lateral-rotational) stiffness of slender pile for homogeneous soil.

For example the DOF of KL and KR here are 1 and 6 respectively.
Whats KLR DOF?

Not familiar with these terms (KLR), and do not know what it is exactly (never used this), as it is special, not a standard spring stiffness like KL, and KR, and perhaps/probably used for some special cases.
I would recommend to contact the authors that use this in FEA and ask them for more details.
