Does any one know of a foundry that poors radiograph quality castings in ASTM A-217, grades C12 and C5? This is Chrome-moly steel and the castings I'm looking at are fairly big stuff, maybe 5000 - 10,000 Lbs.

I work for the industry. Two possible sources come to mind for castings this size, Atlas in Tacoma and Atchison in Atchison KS. You may find others at SFSA.ORG.

We use their qualified foundry a lot.

The weight is the biggest determinant in selection of the foundry - it is fairly high and will preclude many foundries. I believe you would be best served with a foundry with AOD capabilities, both Atlas and Achison have them, as does MetalTek in Waukesha WI. Other than that, in the USA things will be limited.
