Looking for a good & cheap plotter

I'm looking to buy a plotter to use with autoCAD 2006. I have found a plotter on ebay near toronto(where I live)

Is this plotter any good? I don't need something too fancy, just a good reliable plotter. Are Draftmaster's good plotters or should I be looking elswhere.

Make sure you get all the drivers with it I spent a lot of time getting drivers for my Draft pro which is a similar plotter.
