Looking for a non-tacky, high-friction (grippy) elastomer. Application: cell phone cases.

Something similar to what these guys are selling in a sticker form:
I measured (roughly) the static friction coefficient between their material and a smooth piece of plastic; it's just below 2 and a little over 2 with finger skin. It is not tacky at all.

The ultimate goal is to produce a PC or TPU cell phone case "coated" with this material.
