I'm looking for a 12" OD, .5" thick, vented rotor. Yes, I know, strange. I could only find 1 piece (integrated hat) rotors from Wilwood, but they can't do my offset. Any suggestions (US based would be preferred...)?

Thanks!

Try 305mm vented disc on google. Once you find the car, it is probably available in the US and if not postage (by surface post) is not that expensive. I saw sevral in a quick look (BMW E30, Imprezza, MGTF, Escort Cosworth, Peugeot 406, XK8, Honda odyssey,

You may have to skim it a bit as 25mm is quite thin for a vented disk. If it has to be 305mm then a solid, cross drilled disk from a BMW bike may be better. Otherwise use a thicker caliper.

For European cars has lots of parts plus the dimensions. Ask Tarox what they have
If you want hundreds, I can have some spin cast and machined for you. cheers, derek

typo on the thickness-- 12.5mm is more like half inch :) This is very thin for vented. If you need the vented disks for cooling, try a spacer between your caliper halves (or go for a solid disk) Might be easier to use the Wilwood disk you have found and machine a top hat with the offset you require. good luck, derek

Thanks for all of the suggestions!

Unforunately, it doesn't look like a .5" ventilated rotor exists. Hmmm....maybe I should brush up on my casting :)

If the wilwood rotor would work other than for the offset, buy it and the correct offset hat. Then machine the rotor to bolt to the hat.

Plate thickness minimum is usually about 6 mm so no vented rotor is likley there

Range rover solid rotors are pretty thick - early 1995 discovery's have them on the front
