looking for an ASME reference from 1932

I'm looking for a source used in Roark's 7th edition (section 11.15 reference 10):
Wahl, A.M., 1932, “Strength of Semicircular Plates and Rings Under Uniform External Pressure”, Trans. ASME, Vol. 54, pp. 311-320

as a bonus, this one would be useful as well:
Wahl, A.M., 1930, “Stess and Deflections in Flat Circular Plates with Central Holes”, Trans. ASME, Vol. 52, pp. 29-43

Google hasn't been any help. Any ideas?
