Just keep them focused and make sure you have a specific workscope developed for this. Some of these organizations have code guys that have nothing better to do after retirement.

You will be required to have an Authorized Inspection Agency (AIA) to obtain the U Certificate. The AIA should provide considerable assistance in your efforts to write your Quality Manual and demonstrate conformance thereto during the Joint Review process.
