Looking for Information on Gotha tapping heads

Hoping someone here is familiar with Gotha tapping heads. I have a machine with 3 of the Model 203 heads on it. This machine is one of my reliability headaches. The heads have a threaded shaft that we are having trouble determining the thread size due to wear. We cannot find prints of the machines in house at this point. One of the components that fails is a bronze threaded bushing that rides on the shafts. One of the bronze bushings is riding on a shaft that appears to be a 1 5/16" - 11 1/2 or 12 straight thread.

The only other information we can find on the tapping heads is the city of Franklin, IL.

Any and all information on these heads would be helpful.

The name "Gotha" points to a German or former East German tapper. I think you are looking at a metric fine thread M24 x 2 which is a standard.
I will post if I find more info.

It looks like there used to be a "WHW Gotha" machine co. in the former East Germany. Not much more info is available.
You can be sure that this is a metric thread and if your measurements of 15/16-11 or 12 is correct I would cut a M24 x 2 and try it. Good luck!
Standard coarse M 24 has a 3mm pitch which would be 8.5 tpi - not likely.

Metric thread may be a good call, I will have to look at a slightly larger size than M24. My current piece is ~1.3125". Possibly an M33 with a 2mm pitch. Thank you for the information, it gives me a further starting point than I had earlier.
