Dear all,
I hope you can help.
I am trying to repair an old part from a historic vehicle. It contains a number of English Electric Norlog encapsulated circuits. These are green plastic about 2.5cm each side and stand around 1cm high.
A fairly thorough websearch has revealled that they were largely manufactured at the Kidsgrove plant (Staffordshire, UK) and were used in many early computers and electronic devices. Manufacture seems to have been from around 1965-1980ish.
I have also got a few other old circuits with them on, but the part codes are all different, so I'm trying to find out the functionaility of each device type and what the codes mean on each unit.
Does anyone out there remeber these devices? Do you know how to decode the part references? Do you have any relevant data books or sheets?
Thank you in anticipation.
