The thermal conductivity of air at atmospheric pressure and 575K, is about 0.045 W/m.K. Thus, no insulation material based on containing locked atmospheric air would satisfy your requirement. Carbon dioxide and Helium, for example, have conductivity values that may suit you being lower than 0.04 W/m.K. And, of course, vacuum, as in a Dewar bottle. Whatever insulation you select it should better be based on a gas of low thermal conductivity at the selected temperature.
