Hi Group,
Would someone happen to have a good Excel template or two that can produce Project Management Metrics, such as:
[ul]
* Planned vs. Actual
[/ul]
[ul]
* Be able to calculate duration over or under target date(s)
[/ul]
[ul]
* Demonstrate current project statuses vs. milestones
[/ul]
[ul]
* Work Performances - Percentages
[/ul]
[ul]
* Costs
[/ul]
[ul]
* Factor in teams time off durations due to vacations or being out of office
[/ul]
[ul]
* Anything else that helps PMs to thoroughly track projects or programs.
[/ul]
Additionally, I would like to graphically represent these metrics or most of them in some type of "clean" representative format.
For example, MS Project is great to show the plan & its predecessors, but I think it sucks to graphically show it on single or few sheets of paper. Seems that it doesn't matter how much formatting is done, there's always something that is not representative well.
Thanks
