I can find a lot of data for first surface thin films from UV to IR including oxidation over time. What I am looking for is the reflectivity over the visible spectrum from 0 to 90 degrees incidence for common Aluminum Alloys such as 2011 and 6061. I can already plug in a number of aluminum reflectors but I would like a more thorough understanding and accurate model from deep blue to near IR. Can anyone point me to a resource?

I seem to have gotten rid of my copy of "Optical Properties of Electronic Materials" (I think that's the title). I think there were some graphs in that one.

I assume you've done:

It's "freshly deposited" so a bit more porous than bulk material.

This one appears to have the most information, with some angular data: An Overview of Aluminum Protective Coating Properties and Treatments

Visible and Infrared Reflectance of Aluminum Mirrors and Its Change with Time

Obviously, these are for polished or mirror-quality aluminum.

Thanks for the links. I had all but the last one (which didn't work but I found a copy with a quick search). The first surface mirrors in the research papers all have significantly higher reflectivity than the machined aluminum that I am measuring in our lab. I'd really like to have a reliable double check for the data that I do have. I have measurements for 450nM, 532nM and 635nM but just to be ceratin I'll ask to have them tested by someone else to see if another set-up replicates my results.
