I went to open a dwg'ing from a website and when DraftSight came up it was whining about a license again. But, this time when I filled out their obnoxious little box it came back with "No longer free" cough up a $100/year.


Give this a try instead:
BricsCAD® Shape

It will actually do 3D too.
