Low-cost Multi-Family Housing HVAC Manufacturer Options

Hello, we have always used First Company for our split systems on multi-family housing projects but I was wondering if there are any other options out there. Has anyone used anything else? In this specific project we are doing DX cooling and electric heating; vertical fan coils in closets.

Hi I do A LOT of multi-family for a national builder and they have me specify Lennox. I assume it's because that's where they get the best price.

Look at York also.

Widely used "builder grade" equipment.

We've used York (Day & Night) before and First Company is even cheaper than York so I think we may have reached the bottom of the barrel. Thanks for the input.
