we have a store for pharmaceutical raw materials, the storage conditions are

T: 15 - 30 C
RH: 30% - 65%

we do 90% air circulation through one coil AHU

could we achieve these conditions with one coil only (cooling in summer)where the cooling coil capacity achieves the temperature range, our outdoor conditions are

summer maximum 35 C dry bulb temperature (Jerusalem ambient conditions)
