Hello, One of my client is asking to install a flour mill in his ware house which is located in MA. So which system is suitable for this type of space? RTU is workable?

Hi,
Be careful with dust explosion and ignition source. Check carefully the hazardous classification and select the right electrical equipment.
Doc in French attached.

No heat load rating is mentioned.

RTU can work provided that the roof(existing?) can support the load.

For higher loads, chilled water/VAR systems may be economic.

As pierreick mentioned the dust could be explosive. You may be required to install a dust collection system to mitigate that hazard. If a dust collection system is required you may need to supply a make up air until. Almost any equipment could work if you meet your loads and flows.

Thanks for the replay.

The smaller size Flour mill (7200 SF) has cyclone with bag filter for Dust collection and We are placing Roof top unit to maintain temperature. Is it good option?

The flour is almost surely flammable or explosive in dust form in certain concentrations. Code requires you to do a dust hazard analysis. it is not a given that the dust collector will remove all the dust from the facility. A rooftop unit might work depending on the load and temp/humidity requirements within the space.
