Low pressure flow 100 gpm pressure 20 psi
High pressure flow 2000 gpm pressure 100 psi

Is it possible to inject the low pressure flow into the high pressure flow using a Venturi unit? No booster pump available. How to do the calculation?

A real problem.

bulkhandling,

Here's an e-mail I got from Fox:

Thanks for visiting the Fox Venturi website! Is there a specific venturi application we can help you with?

Only very general product literature is available for downloading from our website. However, we have many more pdfs of more specific product information that we can email you immediately once we understand what product information will be most useful to you.

How can we help you? The best and fastest way to get the right answer is to simply tell us what you want to accomplish with a venturi.

We look forward to working with you - and thanks again

QUOTE of email from Fox Valve:

A venturi is not an option here.

Sorry - can’t help you with this one. Thanks

Ive been following this thread.

Clearly because there is no available pressure drop across the "venturi" (100psi in & 100 psi out) then this rules out the use of such a device. If you can tolerate a lower pressure than 100 at the outlet, then a "venturi" device could come into play.

For Eductors/Ejectors and similar technology, you could also look at Transvac Systems Ltd., based in the UK.
