Low pressure water filter

Greetings

Does anyone knows where can I find a water filter designed for low pressure with a very closed porosity of 0.2 micron?

I'm looking for these in the form of discs or sheets for long term use. The thickness doesn't matter too much, but 4 to 6 mm would be ideal.

What I needed was something like this:

The problem with this one is the price - $100 per unit (90mm of diameter, I need 66 or above)

That is a reasonable price for the quanity that you are interested in. You are trying to purchase a precision filter.

You option is to purchase the filter media sheets and fabricate your own water filters. This option would probably cost you even more.

Hi there

There are already 0.2micron filters for low pressure applications that are pretty cheap. For example:

This pump costs about $50 and it has a porcelain filter with silver and 0.2um pore size and it also have all the other components.

I don't understand why you are asking for filters if you already know where you can buy them.

I would think that you are going to have to buy a standard off the shelf product and then customize the product to your application. Your volume is not sufficient enough to induce a manufacturer to produce one for you.
