Low temperature injectable, flexible material

Seeking a single component material requiring low heat (110 c) to become pliable, for low pressure injection of small flexible components.
The injection heat would initiate activation, creating a higher melt temperature (150 c+) once parts cool.
Similar to hot-glue being injected, but higher resistance to heat and more flexible (silicone, soft urethane consistency) after forming.

You might be interested in reaction injection molding which uses thermoset as opposed to thermoplastic materials. This does require two precursor materials that are mixed in the mold though.
