Does anyone know what manufacturers (Eaton, ABB, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.) offer either a cloud/web-based tool or [free] downloadable software that will allow me to build out a motor control center with known loads and provide me a layout visualization?
Ideally something that is intuitive and semi-user friendly? If you can provide links to the download or interactive webtool that would be awesome.
If you have other 3rd party solution recommendations those are welcome too.

You'll most likely have to go through a service sales engineer and they can work it up for you.

Rockwell (Allen Bradley) has an on-line MCC design tool called "Centerline Builder". But it can only configure STANDARD units, no modifications, nothing special, nothing that needs engineering. It's free, but you need to register.

You can try schneider's EcoStruxure Power Build - Rapsody. It is generally for LV Switchgears but it has ability to incorporate components required for MCCs. Hope this helps you.
