Lubrication of bearings

I got a question regarding how often a bearing needs to be lubricated for example in flight controls and what determines how often it needs to be done?

Pdmou:
Why not check with the bearing manufacture and read their literature on their product? I’ll bet they even have a phone and an engineering department which knows something about their product and its use.
