LUM SERVER ERROR

hi all
We have error with LUM in server (network license server), clients did'nt get license or lost conection with server that It's online and CATIA's Apparently works but we have to restart CATIA licencese server to works fine.
Anyone knows how to solve this service crash?

Some basic hints...or questions.
Which os you have, Win 200x, Win XP, Unix ?
Which version of the LUM ?
We have Win 2003 + sp1 and LUM is version 4.6.8 and everything works just fine.

Check out the log-file if there is any hints about the crash. Also (if Windows) check out the Event Viewer for any hints.

Have you checked the os.level against what the LUM needs?

Did the LUM work earlier just fine in the same server? Have you lately installed some software or os updates ?
Try to reinstall LUM and also install the latest service packs of the LUM.
