MACHINERY LIBRARY COMPONENTS NX5 1

Hello,

Can somebody please describe which standard parts are included in the library now included in NX5? I mean bolts, nuts, etc.. (DIN,ISO,...). Somebody told me it is not very usefull and you still need an external library (like BCT).

For NX 5, the Machinery Components library is more of a sample of things to come. There are plans to flesh out the library in future releases, but it is true that vendors like BCT will still be involved as they are one of the 3rd parties that will be providing content, some to be included with NX and some others may be on an extra cost basis. Over time, we also hope to attract industry vendors to supply content based on their offerings. Also note that you can integrate into the NX 5 Machinery Components library your Family Table parts as well as those Family Table libraries that you have acquired from others.

Thanks John, I will to integrate our BCT parts inside the NX5.
