But for the number of holes I needed, I found a hand-held electric punch worked very simple, very fast, and was simplest of all. Doesn't help you with machining, but I figure I'll throw my 2 cents in. Upvote 0 Downvote
I had very, very poor luck simply drilling Hastalloy X last year until I really slowed down the drill bit and used a little bit less pressure. But for the number of holes I needed, I found a hand-held electric punch worked very simple, very fast, and was simplest of all.
