Macro for renaming certain catia parts and products

Hi all,

I was wondering if it was possible to create a macro to rename certain parts specified by an input box.

I've got a basic code that loops through the product and changes the product name (mostly from reading through other threads!) to the file name, however I use a lot of standard items and would like to avoid changing the properties of these.

as long as you can identify the part you don't want to rename yes it should be possible.
