Macro: Refer to an element of the active document 1

Hello. How to refer to an element of not all open documents of the catalog, but only the active document?
without using selection.

For example, I want to refer to the elements shown in the picture:

CATIA.ActiveDocument.Product.Products.Item(2) or CATIA.ActiveDocument.Product.Products.Item("Product3.1")
