Macro's

Hi,
I am keen to learn macro writing.
I have done some C and C++ and Autodesk lisp in the past.
What I can't find is a good book or examples as a starting point.
Has anyone suggestions of books/links to get me off the ground.?

even the Catia help has got few macro Examples you with explaination. Seek that for help
