Maintain assembly constraints if I move a part from one subassembly to another.

I have an assembly with a lot of constraints.
I want to move a part to another subassembly, but if I move the location I lose a lot of constraints.
I know I can redefine constraints, there is another possibility?

I'm sorry for possible mistake, but do the Remember Constraints function covers this issue?

UPD: My fault, you have to redefine the constraints anyway.

I know you´ve said I need to redefine them anyway, but where can I find remember Contraints option? just for curiosity...

fsh27, you can find it on the Ribbon bar under the Assemblies tab at the Component Position section, see the picture:
