making a loop to go over every time step

I am trying to write a script to save maximum strain progression over entire model.
The problem- I cannot find a command to move between time steps.
It is fine to extract data of one point as a function of time. However, I am trying to search maximum value over entire model each time step, as it's location changes.

I am missing something, or is there any trick to solve this issue?
